HI EVERYONE:  I will be leaving for Jordan, Montana this Wednesday, June/13, to prospect for dinosaur fossils.  There will be no reminders/newsletters issued till I get back around the first week in August.  In this case I have extend the programming/teaching schedule in this reminder through July.  

Last Saturday, June 9th, John gave us another outstanding evening of dancing and Sarah taught two nice June Camp Croatian dances "Devojcica Smilje" and "Grad Se Beli."  THANK YOU JOHN and SARAH for another SUPURB EVENING of DANCING and TEACHING!

It's always such a pleasure to see past IFDA Folk Dancers.  Eileen & Jeremy Whitwell (from Auckland, New Zealand) were in town visiting family and friends and dropped by folk dance to chat and dance.  Welcome back to IFDA and if you are ever back in St. Louis on a Saturday night, you know where we are.  

For this upcoming Saturday, June 16th, Bill will be the evening's programmer and Sarah will continue reviewing/teaching June Camp workshop dances.  GET READY for another GREAT EVENING of DANCING and TEACHING with BILL and SARAH and DON'T MISS learning more JUNE CAMP DANCES  - COME AND DANCE WITH US!

For Saturday, June 23rd, Andy will be the evening's programmer and Sarah will teach an Israeli dance "Erev Shel Shoshanim."

For Saturday, July 7th, Zeke will be the evening's programmer and Sarah will teach an Israeli dance "Sapari."

For Saturday, July 14th, TBD will be the evening's programmer and Sarah will re-teach the Israeli dance "Sapari."

June 17, Sunday, Music From The Hills, hosted by Kim Kleinman (John Uhlemann will be away in Armenia), 4 - 6 p.m., KDHX - 88.1 FM.  Kim will be playing Turkish music.

June 30, Saturday, there will be an Memorial for Nancy Dickinson who passed away March 21, 2018 at the age of 89.  The Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 600 North Euclid Avenue, St. louis, MO 63108.  A Repast will follow at the church.  All are welcome.

 August 26, Sunday, IFDA Performance Troupe will be performing at the Festival of Nations.  Stay tuned for more information.

September 22, Saturday, IFDA Performance Troupe will be performing at the Heritage Festival.  Stay tuned for more information.
